Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Sold Out NYC pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition drops and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
